Hi Westie Lovers.....MY NAME IS Wes.....
I was abandoned at a boarding kennel by my Mom. See her and my Dad were getting a divorce. She wanted to be 'free' of all responsibilities, so Dad took me to where he was living and put me in the back yard. Of course being mostly an inside dog previously I didn't have any idea that I could get so many stickers and mats in me for the four months I was left out side.....huh, go figure!
Well the nice people at the boarding kennel contacted Westie Rescue of CA and here I am. Ready for my next new adventure, are you it?
I have been altered, undated on all my shots (Rabies-3 yr, DHLPP and Bordetella). I can walk on a leash well, my fur will grow, I have a nice coat and I am a very loving dog. But, I really can not have two legged kidos of my own in my new family.
I will just wait at the foster care volunteers until they find just the right adoptive home for me. Interested? Well for gosh sakes, complete the application!.
