Dear Westie Rescue of CA,
You really did it this time-you picked the perfect forever home for me! My new Dad is Ron and I knew I loved him from the moment I first saw him. I ran up to him and he picked me up and that was that - love at first sight.
He takes me on long walks and I go to the office with him. I have met so many new people and dogs and everyone is impressed that I am such a good little princess!!!
Thank you SO MUCH for my new life-I am ever so grateful!!

Hi everyone, my name is Piper.
I am an owner relinquishment. My folks got divorced and no one had time for me anymore, so Westie Rescue of CA promised me they would find me a forever home.
I am a 3 1/2 year old, petite, 13 pound, spayed, adorable little girl. But do not let my size fool you. I am a energetic, feisty, fun loving, opinionated Westie. In my former life, I ruled the roost, but now I am learning that there are rules and boundaries. I managed to escape my harness the other day and I ran & ran - keep away was the greatest game ever. My foster Mom did not think so....wonder why?. I have strong prey instincts and will chase birds, squirrels, and cats. I love to chase my ball too.
I love to hang out wherever my people are. I travel well in the car and am a great guest when I go visiting. I know how to use the doggie door and am house trained. I love to go on long walks and walk very well on the leash. I will sleep in my crate, but I really prefer that bed where the people are.

This is a happy, smart and fun girl. She should be an only dog with someone who knows terriers and will treat her like the princess that she is!!!! No children under 7 and no cats. Obedience school should be in her future. All her shots are current.
