Hi Folks, this is Wally, I use to be called Ollie, but my new Forever Parents Terry and Alyn
gave me my new name and that's OK with me now that I have a home and people to share my love with.
Hi My Name is OLLIE...
I am an absolutely darling 4 yr old, altered male Westie. I was given up by my original owners who brought me home when I was 8 weeks old. Unfortunately, their home was a very ACTIVE household that had lots of kids, friends, was ever changing, terribly noisy and made me nervous. See folks, I just don't have the personality for this confusion it makes me anxious, nervous and not in control. So, I started lifting my leg to show my displeasure, the target of such things were open suitcases, noisy visiting people's pant legs you know the usual stuff. Well that made my family very unhappy with me. So, away I go to a new 'chapter' in my short lived life.
Westie Rescue thinks a totally new environment, appropriate behavior training and consistant reinforcement and placement in a very low key, very routine household, no kids, no soccer team visits, etc. Guess it is 'back to the basics' with this kido. Guess you would say...I am an old sole, before my time.
I am up to date with my shots (Rabies-3 yr, DHPP, Bordetella). I am a really sweet and loveable little guy. Do ya think I could get a second chance at life with you and your spouse? That would be really great of ya. I promise I will do my part.
This dog will be placed in a very low key home, that is experienced with Westie ownership or Terriers. The adoptive family will be required within six months of adoption graduate from a basic obedience training class by a Certified Animal Trainer.
