Hi Westie Lovers.....MY NAME IS "Morgan".....
Hi Everyone!!! My new beginning began with a new name MORGAN...
I am affectionately known as MR HAPPY FEET cause I am so happy that I tap dance. When I get excited I look just like the Penguins in the movie. I probably am happy now cause I feel so good. I was a stray pulled from a shelter, no body wanted to adopt cause I looked really bad. I had been neglected for a very long time and had a bad case of Demodex Mange with a secondary Staph infection. From Nov 2006 I have been in a loving foster care home for rehabilitation. I am better now and want to find my second chance forever home.
They think my age is 5-6 yrs young, altered, and shots (Rabies-3yr, DHPP, Bordetella). They think the reason I got Mange was I needed Thyroid medication daily. No big deal really; just one small low cost pill in the AM and PM. My ears and skin have cleared up with proper nutrition (Westie Diet), and loving care. I was limping when I came from the shelter, found out the cause was due to dew-claws being 1.5 inches long! They had curled up and between the pads of my feet. I am crate trained, walk (or dance) on a leash, housetrained and can use a doggie door. I like the big basket of toys here, especially the ones that squeak.
Probably the best home would be one without small kids, but I get along with other dogs both males and females, I would like to be exercised daily and continue with my Thyroid medication daily. I just need a loving, calm house that understands how to love a Terrier. Say are you my forever home? Get that application in very soon. I will just wait here and hope you find me!
