TOMMY

Tommy Trick or Treat

Hi Westie Rescue:

Well here I am all handsome, waiting for the doorbell and those pesky trick-or-treaters.  Okay, my Mom says the 'treats' are NOT for me!  Geez, what a holiday....will just wait for Santa Paws.  He brings me gifts AND treats!

Liv'n LARGE....love my family,     TOMMY

Tommy with Bonnie and Art
Hi Folks, This is my new Forever Family, my Mom, Bonnie and my Dad, Art.
They saw me at the Mission Viejo 'DAWG' walk and it was
'love at first sight'.

Thanks Westie Rescue for helping me find my Forever Home.

TOMMY......

Original Story Below

Hi everyone, I have a new name of 'TOMMY (that was given to me by my foster Dad). Suites me just fine!

These kind rescue folks, Westie Rescue of CA rescued me out of a shelter recently where I was waiting and waiting for my previous owner to come. Lots of faces stared at me, I just stared right back.....but I didn't recognize any of them to be my Mom and Pop. But that is okay, cause these kind folks came to my aid. They bailed me out, got me cleaned up, and altered, gave me all my shots (Rabies-1 yr, Bordetella, DHLPP) and I have a microchip now so I won't get lost again. They think I am about 1.5 - 2 years old, just a youngster I guess. I am very friendly to strangers, love to be petted and have my tummy rubbed. I walk on a leash with the other Westies here in my foster home. I like the other young Westies here, we play with each other. I like this place much better than the shelter and those other really big dogs who were in my kennel run.

I was very good at the Veterinarians when I went for my check up recently. I made friends with all the people and their pets in the waiting room. My foster Mom calls me a real 'social butterfly'.....whatever that means!
