Original Story Below

I became an orphan when my Mom, who was a volunteer since 2002 with Westie Rescue of CA, was killed in a terrible traffic accident on her way home at noon to see us.
This tragic situation has left me, another male Westie McDuff and a female Westie Morgann without a home and loving owner. I was already rescued once by my Mom, guess that will happen again.
Am a very sweet, low key female Westie-want-to-be. Just think Westie meets Benji and you have adorable me! Really doesn't matter my fur is kinda wild looking and has a sandy undertone....does it? Naw....didn't think so. All my vaccinations are current (Rabies-3yr, DHPP, Bordetella), have a microchip and am healthy. Just need teeth cleaned, 21.6 lbs and guess my age at 5-6 yrs young. I'll gladly adapt and be comfortable in an apartment, condo or a house with fenced yard. Love going for walks, heel on the right side of my owner (such a good girl am I!), kinda shy at first meeting new folks, but warms up quickly. Energy and tail wagg'n....that's me. But can hang out watching TV, or look'n out the window, know my obedience commands; sit, stay, come, lay down. Absolutely love the grub here in foster care, it's The Westie Diet. My bowl is always licked clean cause it is so good. Am crate and house trained, used to a patio slider or going on walks for exercise.
My Foster Mom says am a smartie pants, cause knew which house was ours from my very first walk in the neighborhood. Ta-da....cats can't do that! Ride in the car good, would love a fenced back yard and lots of toys to play with in my new home. Loving and giving kisses, totally into pleasing my owner (not a normal Westie trait I understand). Could you find room in your home and hearts for me? I miss getting tummy rubs, pats on my head and my Mom. Sure she is looking down on me from heaven. Wait'n on the couch, MAGGEE MAY.
