GLENNA now Daisy - adopted October 2009
Photos, oops operator error! My new Dad, Jack and Mom, Vi promise they will set down and pose with me again. The photos accidently were erased via the camera card.....hummmmmm. I don't care 'cause I found my perfect ever home. Thank you Westie Rescue and all the special volunteers who helped along the way with my special adoptive home. Love them so much, DAISY aka Glenna

GLENNA
My owner surrendered me. Gosh, was a mail-order, birthday gift, my owner fell in love with a photo of a Westie. Unfortunately, the household was not experienced Terrier owners, they always had large outside dogs. Sad, 'cause tried my best to fit in.
I'm a petite 13 lbs, purebred, registered pedigree, spay, female Westie. My DOB: 05.04.2007 makes me still playful and in need of obedience training classes. Love the new food, The Westie Diet, has cleared up my itching and feet licking. That and a couple of medicated baths did the trick.
In foster care with other male and female Westies, I love going for walks, sleeping in my crate/kennel, riding in the car and playing with squeaky toys. See that Terrier-behavior thing, shaking a toy like it is a varmint just caught is all about my fun. Sometimes growling and barking while shaking tells the toy I mean business! Have learned the doggie door, love sun bathing on the large deck, going to the 'squirrel park'...hours of entertainment there! I follow my Foster Mom all around the house each day, sometimes I nap under the computer desk. I curl up in your lap or lay next to you on the couch while watching Animal Planet.
I'm up to date with vaccinations (Rabies-3 yr, DHPP, Bordetella), wormed and microchipped. It would be nice to have a fenced back yard, an owner who has the time to take me on nice walks and is willing to play with me too. I like it here in foster care, but it is time for me to settle into my forever home. Could you help me out? Hope so, get in your application, from the website link below. I'll just gather my new toys, treats and will let them groom me.....one...more...time! Ugh!! See I just get dirty again chasing squirrels in the yard...humans are an odd bunch! Waiting for ya....sign me gonna be your new best girlfriend, GLENNA.
