Lacey (now Gracie)

Merry Christmas from Lacey (now Gracie) on her Mom (Melissa's) lap and her canine brother, Sammie (held by Mark).

Hello Westie Rescue!

Gracie (nee Lacey) here to report on my new digs. I was not too happy to be left here by my foster mom, after I become so used to being doted on. These people just did not understand that this girl had led a pretty rough life, had an attitude and was not afraid to use it!. However, careful observation revealed that my new brother Sam had it pretty good! Crate full of toys·check. Doggie door to come and go at his convenience · check. Great chow twice a day·big check. Lots of petting, scratches, and playing chase with my new humans·check. So what I am saying is, thanks for all the help when a girl is down and out, but I think that I will stay here! We have gone on many car rides, and one nice long hike in the snow. That was very fun, and so much to sniff in the fresh mountain air. As far as sleeping arrangements go, I still like to relax in my crate, but these humans have a very comfy bed, where I have now staked out my spot and that suits me just fine.

Original Story Below

I'm LACEY..

My story and I am sticking to it....my owner surrendered due to small kidos in the home. The final straw; bit the young'n, who was puling me out from under the bed by my tail! Ouch!

Am up to date with my vaccinations (Rabies-3 yr, DHLPP, Bordetella), microchipped, altered and only 2 years cute! Already, house and crate trained, can strut my stuff on a leash, ride in a car, learning the doggie door in my foster digs! Food was changed and feeding schedule established. This Westie Diet is great!!!!! Huh, there isn't any kidos to leave crumbs that need cleaning up hereabouts! Have an appointment for the doggie spa, otherwise my name was gonna be Mopsey! Check out my cuteness soon with photos. Listen......are you my new forever home, without kids naturally? Get in your application soon, cause, my foster Mom says won't be with her for long. Can we book a play date soon?

Promise to love you.......LACEY.
