RANDI is my new name...

I was dumped by my second owner at a Humane Society. Once my owner pushed me across the counter and quickly left, they discovered I had an existing medical condition. They observed me shuddering in pain each time I urinated. Then, they saw blood in my urine. The shelter knew they could not provide the appropriate Veterinarian care to properly diagnose the condition, so Westie Rescue of CA & 7 Western States was called, apprised of the situation and a volunteer was on her way to the shelter the same day.

A veterinary examination discovered huge Bladder Stones. Based upon their size, they had been left untreated for awhile. Several were large, some the size of quarters. See my radiograph photo? Yikes, no wonder I am in pain. Vet noted they cannot be dissolved, surgery is the only option. This surgery is costly. We are seeking donations to help pay for Randi's surgery and medical care.
